Added four test-points to the track short system to allow production testing of actual resistive losses in MOSFETs

Set version strapping to 2.0 due to pin change.
Battery Disable is now inverted logic and should become an open-collector.
Battery 1 gets disabled automatically when Vbat2 is above 6.06V.
Higher value pull-up/-down resistors in battery select circuit.
MCU VddA filtered separately through a resistor, to prevent oscillations.
LED connector changed from screw-type to WE Micro-Fit/Mini-Fit standard connector.

Charger has a diode that supports a 12V battery with 15V DC input, using these parameters with earlier versions invites a reasonable risk of damage
