# Cold brew coffee

|
|
* 1250ml cold tap water
|
|
* 125 gr espresso grind coffee
|
|
* cheese cloth and sieve
|
|
* paper filter and holder
|
|
|
|
Put in fridge for 24h and stir occasionally
|
|
First filter is done with the cheesecloth and sieve
|
|
Second filter is done with the paper filter
|
|
Put some cold brew into ice cubes for extra flavor to your final brew instead of plain ice
|
|
|
|
Dilute 1:1 with cold water or milk (recommended), 2:1 for extra kick, 1:2 for smooth (concentrate:water) |
