Cold brew coffee

• 1250ml cold tap water
• 125 gr espresso grind coffee
• cheese cloth and sieve
• paper filter and holder

Put in fridge for 24h and stir occasionally First filter is done with the cheesecloth and sieve Second filter is done with the paper filter Put some cold brew into ice cubes
