+
+* 1250ml cold tap water
+* 125 gr espresso grind coffee
+* cheese cloth and sieve
+* paper filter and holder
+
+Put in fridge for 24h and stir occasionally 
+First filter is done with the cheesecloth and sieve
+Second filter is done with the paper filter
+Put some cold brew into ice cubes
