+De 3 daagse culinaire ontspanningsretraite met Nick en Laura heeft mij opnieuw geïnspireerd voor mijn liefde met yoga. De ruimte die je krijgt om nog beter met jezelf te verbinden was heel erg fijn. En ik heb kunnen genieten van een sportieve heuvelwandeling en rondleiding bij de historie kalkovens in Zuid Limburg. Het eten was de kers op de taart. Augustus was een prachtige zomermaand op een fijne luxueuze plek in het Hotel De Rouge. De ontspannen sfeer heeft mij beter doen luisteren naar de stilte.
